Vento Games, a Turkish mobile development company, raises $4 million in seed funding

In 2024, Vento Games, established by former executives from Peak Games, Fungo, and Zynga, has successfully secured $4 million in a recent seed funding round.
This funding round, spearheaded by Makers Fund and Arcadia Gaming Partners, aims to enhance and expand their collection of captivating mobile puzzle games that engage the mind, including titles like Blossom Word Search, Words of Wonder: Search, and Okey Plus.
The investment will aid in the development of games that are "family-friendly, visually stunning, and innovative," with broad appeal. The company believes its speedy production abilities, focus on data, and strategy targeting global markets give it a unique advantage.
"Our mission is to deliver enduring, innovative puzzle games that are both intellectually engaging and joyous for players of varied ages and skills," stated Mustafa Dağlı, co-founder and CEO of Vento Games.
"We are convinced that excellent games arise from deeply understanding player engagement drivers. Our framework emphasizes early identification of fundamental fun elements, swift iteration, and merging creative insight with stringent data-influenced decisions. We are thrilled to have the backing of leading investors, Makers Fund and Arcadia, to boost our initial game's growth, broaden our game lineup, and enhance our team with top-tier talent."
Michael Cheung, a general partner at Makers Fund, commented: "The dedicated and experienced team at Vento Games has repeatedly produced and launched successful puzzle games, a unique feature we value. We are eager to assist them as they continue to leverage their expertise."
