Raw Fury is set to merge with Neon Doctrine
Neon Doctrine, a publishing house located in Taiwan, announced its integration into the associated entity Raw Fury due to a strategic realignment.
The update was provided by Iain Garner, the co-founder, who took to LinkedIn to also declare his resignation from the CEO role, attributing it to personal reasons.
Following this transition, Raw Fury will handle the extensive lineup of games previously under Neon Doctrine.
Garner reflected on the company's growth, stating, "Over the past 10 years, Neon Doctrine has evolved from a small team of three in my China kitchen to a prominent global publisher, fostering over 30 remarkable games and partnering with incredible developers worldwide."
"I’m proud of what we’ve built together and deeply grateful to everyone who has been part of this journey," he expressed gratitude for the successful journey.
He reassured, "Even though Neon Doctrine is ending in its current form, our games are set to prosper with Raw Fury’s guidance."
Vlad Tsõpljak, co-founder and CCO, will also be departing from the publisher.
In a separate LinkedIn post, Tsõpljak mentioned, "This wasn't an easy choice for us. After lengthy and profound considerations, Iain and I decided that this path is the most beneficial one."
"This change ensures that the games we've been passionately invested in will receive ongoing support and recognition," he added.
Established in 2015, Neon Doctrine is a subsidiary of the parent firm Combined Effect.
GamesIndustry.biz previously engaged with Neon Doctrine in 2023, addressing the support and advocacy for games emerging from south-east Asia and Taiwan. For more details, visit their full interview.
