MCM London Comic-Con announces the lineup for its Investment Summit and an industry networking reception

The agenda has been set for the Investment Summit at MCM London Comic-Con, which now includes the EGX gaming expo. Organized by ReedPop, the event on Friday, October 24, will culminate with an industry networking session. It boasts a lineup that includes current and former GI.biz professionals.
In collaboration with Game Republic, a familiar partner of GI.biz, the Investment Summit will feature panels aimed at assisting developers and publishers in securing financial backing. Lewis Packwood from GI.biz will lead a panel on gaming finance trends, with contributors like Simon Byron from Yogscast Games, Meg Clark from Team 17, and Lirui Ding from Transcend Fund.
Plans also include a live interview with Peter Moore, a former leader at Microsoft and EA Sports, conducted by Christopher Dring of The Game Business. Former GI.biz Editor-in-Chief James Batchelor will present Digital Banditos' initiatives, while Secret Mode's James Schall will offer guidance on securing investment from angel investors and the UK's recent Research Innovation Fund.
