The lineup is set for the Investment Summit taking place at MCM London Comic-Con, which now integrates EGX. Organized by ReedPop, the event will occur on Friday, October 24th, and boasts a lineup featuring notable talent from both current and former GamesIndustry.biz figures. Following the summit, there will be an industry networking gathering.

Produced alongside Game Republic, a frequent GamesIndustry.biz collaborator, the summit includes panels and sessions aimed at connecting developers and publishers with financial resources. Lewis Packwood of GamesIndustry.biz will lead a discussion on the state of game funding with panelists like Simon Byron from Yogscast Games, Meg Clark from Team 17, and Lirui Ding from Transcend Fund.

Highlights of the event include an interview with ex-Microsoft and EA Sports executive Peter Moore, hosted by Christopher Dring of The Game Business. James Batchelor of Digital Banditos will deliver a presentation, supplemented by pitching advice from James Schall of Secret Mode, and insights on approaching angel investors and the UK Research Innovation Fund.
