- PlayStation 5 – $549.99
- PlayStation 5 Digital Edition – $499.99
- PlayStation 5 Pro – $749.99
Previously, these versions were priced at $499.99, $449.99, and $699.99, respectively.
The company explained that, much like many international companies, they are dealing with a challenging economic landscape and consequently have chosen to raise the retail prices of PlayStation 5 consoles in the U.S. starting August 21. Prices for accessories will remain stable, and Sony confirmed there are "no other price changes to announce for additional markets."
