There is a new addition to the KRAFTON family of subsidiary companies. The studio Eleventh Hour Games, which developed the action role-playing game Last Epoch, has joined them.

KRAFTON becomes the owner of Eleventh Hour Games studio

KRAFTON announced that it acquired 100% of the studio's shares for 132.4 billion won or $95.97 million.

In a separate statement, Eleventh Hour Games founder Judd Cobler shared that his team had been searching for a partner throughout the past year. During this time, they spoke with dozens of companies before finalizing the deal with KRAFTON. The studio is confident that with the support of the PUBG creators, they can take Last Epoch to the next level — KRAFTON promised them the support and resources to "bring to life what was once only a dream."

Cobler is not ready to discuss how exactly the deal will affect the game's future, but he stated that Eleventh Hour Games will begin actively hiring additional staff in the coming weeks.
