Hobby World has acquired the gaming platform "4Game"

Hobby World's board game publishing portfolio now includes its first video game asset. The company has become the owner of LLC "Fogame".

«Fogame» is now owned by Hobby World

The deal was reported by the newspaper "Vedomosti" based on information from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities. According to these reports, as of June 26, 2025, Hobby World controls 100% of LLC "Fogame"—this includes the platform of the same name (also known as 4game) and the set of video game licenses it holds. What has happened to the company Innova, which has also recently operated under the "Fogame" brand, remains unclear.

Previously, 99% of "Fogame" was owned by the company Digivita, while the remaining 1% was held by Anastasia Yarzhembovich, the general director of LLC "Innova Distribution".

Representatives of Hobby World and "Fogame" informed "Vedomosti" that the companies have signed a partnership agreement. The full terms are not disclosed, so the purchase price is unknown.

"Fogame" stated their intention to collaborate with Hobby World to "develop gaming culture in Russia". By combining forces, the companies aim to create an entertainment ecosystem encompassing video games, board games, and more.
