The first day of the event will focus on public presentations. It will run in two streams—from 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Most presentations are scheduled to last 25-30 minutes, except for the panel discussions, which will last an hour.

Among the key talks, we highlight the following:

  • Erkmen Aydogdu from SciPlay, known for Jackpot Party, which has earned over $1.5 billion, will give a talk on how his company changed processes when transitioning from hyper-casual games to developing casual titles;
  • Arslan Kiran from Animoca Brands will discuss the most successful blockchain games and share the challenges currently facing titles in this niche;
  • Ante Vrdelja from Big Blue Bubble, the publisher of My Singing Monsters, will share the story of successfully launching a free-to-play mobile hit on Steam.

We also note some of the panels that will take place during the event:

  • A major discussion, “From Hyper-casual to Steam—Lifeline or Next Trap?” with participants from Brightika, Lorien Accelerator, Catoptric Games, Teneke Kafalar Studios, and Arvis Games;
  • A discussion between Maria Kochmala from The Games Fund and İsmet GÖKŞEN from Ludus Ventures about which business models and niches are currently attracting investment in the gaming sector;
  • A conversation on “Where Will Companies Find Specialists in the Future Given the Spread of AI” with representatives from SocialPeta, Funrika Games, Boby.ai, and AlphaStage Ventures.

The second day of the conference will be dedicated to other activities.

It will begin with a large two-hour workshop for game teams looking to improve their investment attraction strategies. It will be conducted by Ilya Yeremeev, managing partner of The Games Fund.

Simultaneously, there will be a roundtable discussion on advertising creation. Its main theme will be: “Where Are the Creatives That Work Born?”

In the middle of the second day, the Indie Pitch will take place, where developers can present their projects to industry experts.

The conference will conclude with a roundtable discussion on “What Will Make Money in the Gaming Industry Over the Next Two Years.”

All information about the lecture program and other aspects of the upcoming event can be found on the WN Conference Istanbul’25 website.
