Catalis Group sold its subsidiary, British publisher Curve Games, to Indian technology company Nazara Technologies. Curve Games' portfolio includes titles like Human Fall Flat, The Ascent, and For The King.

The transaction amounted to 2.47 billion rupees ($28.85 million). According to the agreement's terms, the current top executives will continue to lead Curve Games. The publisher has also retained all other staff—there appear to be no planned layoffs within the company.

Curve Games studios Runner Duck and IronOak Games are also now part of Nazara Technologies.

As reported by Nazara Technologies, the acquisition of Curve Games will strengthen the company's gaming division's global potential, while also enhancing its position in the console and PC gaming segment.

Curve Games was founded in 2005 and was initially named Curve Studios. At that time, it developed games itself, and only 12 years later decided to publish them. The publisher became part of Catalis Group in 2016. It is reported that Curve Games' total gaming audience now exceeds 100 million people.
