Brightika secures $3 million investment to expand into PC and console gaming for independent developers

Brightika, a publisher known for its work in the mobile gaming sector, is allocating $3 million for a strategic expansion into PC and console markets. This investment will be spread over a period of two years and is aimed at supporting indie game developers.

The company’s financial backing will assist independent developers through various means, including enhancing their products, formulating marketing plans, and managing worldwide publishing efforts. Brightika's model also offers support in areas like localization, platform interaction, community engagement, and the creation of promotional materials such as trailers and demos.

Brightika has announced that discussions are underway with a number of indie developers, with announcements regarding their games expected during the Steam Next Fest.

Alexander Rodichev, the founder of Brightika, commented, "We have successfully guided mobile studios to reach millions of players and achieve sustainable income. Our goal is to apply this marketing expertise and publishing structure to PC and console platforms, where developers frequently face challenges in securing distribution support."

Established in 2020, Brightika originally focused on publishing casual and hyper-casual games for mobile platforms. The team comprises industry professionals with over 20 years of experience in the gaming business.
