The "Gaming Industry" conference will be held on May 22 in Vladivostok. It will take place with the support of the Republic of Sakha Innovation Development Fund
At the close of spring, the fourth session of the business conference "Gaming Industry" will open its doors. This time, it will be held in one of the largest cities in the Russian Far East, expecting around 300 participants. Here are the initial details.
The event will take place in the halls of one of the city’s best hotels — Lotte Hotel Vladivostok, located at Semenovskaya Street, 29. It is within walking distance of both Golden Horn Bay and Amur Bay.
The conference speakers already announced include:
- Grigory Aleksanin, Technical Director of Game Forest and Director of the Institute of Mathematics and Computer Technology at the Far Eastern Federal University;
- Innokentiy Sleptsov, CEO of Rubedo Games;
- Yulia Burenkova, Head of the Novosibirsk office of Semenov&Pevzner.
Additionally, representing the Innovation Development Fund of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), which is supporting the conference, Petr Gogolev, the organization's Director of Communications, will also speak.

In addition to lectures, the "Gaming Industry" will feature:
- An expo zone with sponsor booths;
- An indie project exhibition;
- A contest for the best game from independent developers among showcase participants.
Developers looking to secure a spot at the exhibition should apply — applications are open until May 19. Upon approval, developers receive a free conference ticket.
Participation in the "Gaming Industry" is free not only for developers accepted into the showcase but also for higher education students. To register for the event, they need to fill out the form at this link.
For developers not exhibiting their projects and for publishers, conference ticket prices start at 12,000 rubles. Service providers can only attend the event by purchasing a business ticket.
Under the "Gaming Industry" brand, conferences, large events with lecture and exhibition components, as well as meetups and intimate gatherings where developers network and communicate, are regularly held.
To date, conferences under this brand have been held in three cities — St. Petersburg, Moscow, and Minsk. A total of 1,600 industry participants attended, and approximately 120 experts from various fields delivered their presentations. Over 220 game projects were showcased within their framework.
