Tilting Point has introduced a new $150 million user acquisition fund designed to provide developers with financial support while allowing them to maintain their independence
Tilting Point has introduced a significant $150 million initiative focused on User Acquisition (UA) to assist developers in expanding their gaming and app ventures.
This marks the third such fund by the company, following earlier efforts in 2016 and 2018, through which it has collaborated with over 90 developers globally. Their strategy is backed by a strong foundation of understanding developer needs and evolving market dynamics.
Early participants in this program include Mythical Games, Begin, alongside a yet-to-be-revealed fast-growing web-based gaming platform. These entities benefit from financial support aimed at facilitating growth while maintaining their independence.
Tilting Point distinguishes itself from conventional publishers and financial bodies by providing a unique funding model that preserves developer ownership, alongside guidance from experienced marketers on UA strategies.
Kevin Segalla, CEO of Tilting Point, stated, “Our track record with over 200 games demonstrates the value of our UA funds in helping developers scale efficiently. It allows them to utilize their financial resources for other essential priorities strategically.”
He added, “We are excited to continue leading this sector, aiding developers in achieving growth without giving up their valuable equity.”
Last September, Tilting Point reduced its workforce by approximately 90 employees, despite efforts to maintain business operations effectively for as long as possible.
