"Lesta Games" purchased a building in downtown St. Petersburg
Although "Lesta Games" has been registered in Saint Petersburg since its founding in 1991, it only purchased its first property in the city over three decades later. The group of companies announced that it became the owner of the "Renaissance Pravda" business center.

It is reported that the area of the business center is over 28,000 square meters. It is located in the center of Saint Petersburg, near Ovsyannikov Garden and the "Ploshchad Aleksandra Nevskogo" metro station.
As noted by "Lesta Games," the building once housed the editorial office of the newspaper "Pravda," which moved to Moscow in 1918. Currently, the business center hosts, among others, one of VK's offices, T-Bank's development center, and the Consulate General of Israel in Saint Petersburg.
The purchase price of the business center has not been disclosed.
"Now Lesta Games Group is anchoring in its home port, and this is one of the most important milestones in our history. We are setting an example of how beneficial and crucial it is, despite everything, to continue to work actively and deliver results. The St. Petersburg office should help us not only solidify our market position but also contribute to further comprehensive and dynamic development," commented Malik Khatajiev, the head of "Lesta Games," on the acquisition.
In March 2024, "Lesta Games" also acquired a building in Moscow near the "Taganskaya" metro station for an undisclosed amount. Its area is significantly smaller than the one in St. Petersburg—6,000 square meters.
