Creators Corp, a developer specializing in user-generated content for Fortnite, has secured a $2 million investment from Lumina, a new venture capital fund.

According to GamesBeat, this funding will enable Creators Corp to broaden its project range, collaborate with additional influencers, and enhance community interaction.

Established in 2023 by CEO Anne-Margot Rodde, the company has created 15 games, featuring titles such as Steph Curry Run the Ring, US Open Tennis Storm, and Dude Perfect Dodgeball.

Lumina's founder, Thomas Benski, commented on the development by stating that "UGC games represent the future of entertainment, and Creators Corp is at the forefront of this trend. Margot has shown exceptional ability in recognizing opportunities within the creator economy and UGC space."

Rodde expressed her vision, noting that Lumina's investment will help further develop their array of fan-centric games using Unreal Editor for Fortnite and prepare for the arrival of user-generated games on emerging platforms.
