Game District has acquired a controlling interest in Gleam Games

Game District has taken control of most shares in Gleam Games.

According to Game District, the acquisition aligns with their strategy to advance into significant global markets and reinforce Türkiye's status as a center of innovation in the region.

This change will lead to Gleam Games' CEO, Eser Yoğurtcu, taking on the position of chief strategy officer at Game District.

Saad Hameed, the CEO of Game District, stated, "This acquisition is a major step toward our mission of becoming a global mobile gaming powerhouse. By joining forces with Gleam Games, we aim to lead on both innovation and creativity in our industry, leveraging our collective expertise to set new standards in gaming."

Gleam Games remarked that Türkiye has developed into a dynamic hub for the gaming industry, drawing significant investor attention and producing games that are well-received worldwide, demonstrating substantial growth in recent years.
