FromSoftware plans to raise the average base salary by approximately 11.8%

FromSoftware has declared a forthcoming average pay increase of 11.8% for its workforce, set for implementation in April 2025.

Additionally, the company aims to raise the initial salaries for recent graduates from ¥260,000 ($1,775) to ¥300,000 ($2,050).

In a statement, the company expressed its commitment to providing a steady income and an enriching workplace for employees, indicating that these salary adjustments are part of that initiative.

An earlier GamesIndustry.biz report from 2022 noted that job listings at FromSoftware had starting salaries of ¥220,000 ($1,500) per month.
