PTW has completed the acquisition of Ghostpunch Games in a deal valued at $13 million

Pole to Win (PTW) has announced the acquisition of Ghostpunch Games, a development studio based in Florida, for a consideration of $13 million.

The acquisition aims to enhance PTW's co-development capabilities and introduce new AI-based quality assurance automation services through Ghostpunch. The transaction, conducted entirely in cash, is expected to finalize in early September.

Established in 2015, Ghostpunch Games employs over 60 people and has collaborated with notable studios such as Electronic Arts, Gearbox Software, Bethesda Game Studios, and 2K.

Following the acquisition, Hugh Falk, Ghostpunch's executive producer, will step into the role of site head at PTW's Fort Lauderdale office. Meanwhile, Alejandro Garcia-Tunon will become the director of co-development. Both will directly report to PTW Chief Operating Officer Sijo Jose.

Rick Daniels, currently director of operations, will be promoted to head of sales for art and co-development, reporting to Kaley Hurst, PTW's chief revenue officer. Devon Brown, serving as animation director, will be appointed as the senior animation manager at PTW, with Falk as his superior.
