Annapurna Interactive has acquired South African 24 Bit Games — this is its first purchase
The indie publisher Annapurna Interactive has a subsidiary studio. She became 24 Bit Games from South Africa, which helps companies with the development and porting of games.
The amount of the transaction, as well as all its terms, were not disclosed.
It is known that 24 Bit Games will continue to work "as usual". Annapurna Interactive will help her improve proprietary technologies and expand her staff.
Annapurna Interactive has been cooperating with 24 Bit Games for many years. For example, the studio worked with her on the release of Cocoon on the PlayStation and Nintendo Switch consoles. 24 Bit Games also helped with Twelve Minutes, Neon White and A Memoir Blue.
