Supercell invested in the studio of former Traplight Games executives

Supercell has supported the newly opened Future Run studio. It is unknown how much money she gave and on what terms.

Future Run was launched by veterans of the Finnish studio Traplight Games, which developed the mobile racing arcade Big Bang Racing. The head of Future Run is the former founder and CEO of Traplight Games Riku Rakkola.

Future Run’s first project will be a cross-platform competitive fantasy sports game.

Supercell often supports young game studios. For example, in May, she invested in Phantom Gamelabs, which was opened by former employees of Zynga and Rovio.
