Developer of companion apps for games bought for €50 million
Wargraphs, a company that creates companion apps for League of Legends and other games, has joined the MOBA Network. It was bought for €50 million.
Wargraphs opened 10 years ago and is known primarily for Porofessor and League of Graphs applications. As TechCrunch noted, the company earns well: for example, in 2022 its revenue amounted to €12.3 million.
At the same time, there is only one employee in the staff of Wargraphs. All projects are handled by its founder Jean-Nicolas Mastin (Jean-Nicolas Mastin). After the deal, he will continue to work for the company and may hire one or two employees in the near future. Now Mastin plans to take up the development of a full—fledged competitor game Hearthstone.
