South Korea to invest $177.1 million in metaverse development
The South Korean government is seriously interested in the concept of the metaverse. It announced that it will continue to support the authors of metaverse projects and create special jobs for them. All this will be done within the framework of the state Digital New Deal program.
Officials also said that now the Seoul authorities are building their own metaverse platform worth about $ 3.13 million. With its help, residents of the capital will be able to access public services.
