Indie Game Cup 2015 - the fourth three
App2Top.ru Before the opening, White Nights 2015 introduces the projects that entered the second round of the Indie Game Cup 2015. Today we will briefly talk about the fourth three projects.
Beat The Beat
Developer: 2Players
Website: http://www.beat-da-beat.com/
Platform: iOS, Android, Social Network
Literally, the rhythmic shoot ’em up from 2Players and Nekki tells not the most joyful story of the abduction of the girlfriend of the protagonist by aliens. More precisely, it all starts with this, and the solution to the problem — saving the girl from the clutches of the army of green men — is entirely on the shoulders of the user.
The main feature of the eight—bit platformer is the synergy of visual and musical series. Most of the graphic effects — flashes of fire, lightning, shots — are heard in time with excellent electronic music. Thank God, you don’t need to tap the rhythm yourself, it’s enough to dodge opponents and try to make the automatic shots of your own ship reach the targets.
12 is better than 6
Developer: Ink Stains Games

Platform: iOS, Android, PC
Imagine that you spent the whole night playing Hotline Miami. The next morning you are sitting at your desk in a boring lesson and continue to play it in a checkered notebook. But instead of people in animal masks, cowboys arrange shootouts for you.
This very game from a notebook in a cage is 12 is better than 6. There is something of a waking dream in it, and, of course, creative shamelessness is read in it: let’s make a project as if it was drawn with a ballpoint pen.
Party Hard
Developer: Pinokl Games
Website: http://tinybuild.com/partyhard
Platform: iOS, Android, PC
The scariest game I’ve played in a while. No kidding.
You are a homicidal maniac who has to kill everyone at the party. Do you see how a person departs from the crowd of dancers “on business”? Look around to see if there are any witnesses. No? You take out a knife and stab the victim. Repeat until you are alone at the party.
The fact that the game is made in “eight bits” does not make it less creepy. An unusual new experience is guaranteed.
