The "Gaming Industry" conference in Moscow is now accepting applications for the game exhibition and indie pitch
On July 9, a business conference for developers and publishers will take place in Moscow, titled “Gaming Industry.” Traditionally, the conference will host an exhibition of games by independent teams, as well as an indie pitch—presentations with project reviews by experts.
Showcase
At the exhibition, developers will present their games to conference attendees and receive feedback. They will have the opportunity to attract the attention of publishers or investors.
Developers who wish to participate in the exhibition must first undergo a selection process. To do this, they need to submit an application in advance and provide details about their game: what it is about, which platforms it is being developed for, its development stage, and so on. The more interesting and promising a project appears, the better the chances of being included in the showcase. Space is limited.
To have their application approved, developers must have:
- a working game build (at least a vertical slice or an alpha version);
- gameplay video;
- a game presentation.
The authors of the 10 best projects will receive one free ticket to the Moscow “Gaming Industry.” The rest will participate in the showcase for a fee, but for a nominal amount—5,000 rubles.
Applications can be submitted until July 2.
Indie Pitch
The indie pitch is a separate presentation where developers will present directly to industry experts. The jury members will thoroughly examine each project, provide feedback, and share valuable advice.
You can express your interest in participating in the indie pitch through the same application form as for the showcase, but the selection will be conducted separately. Spots in the indie pitch are limited—hurry up.
