James Wan is in the process of adapting the indie horror project "Pacific Drive" for television
The popular game Pacific Drive is set to be adapted into a TV series.
Variety recently revealed that well-known horror filmmaker James Wan has acquired the rights to create a TV adaptation of the driving game through his production company, Atomic Monster.
Wan will serve as an executive producer alongside Michael Clear and Rob Hackett from Atomic Monster, as well as Jeff Ludwig from The Menagerie Productions.
Currently, the TV series is not yet linked to any specific streaming platform.
The independent survival horror game, Pacific Drive, developed by Ironwood Studios, has achieved over 600,000 sales worldwide.
Additionally, Red Barrels has entered into an agreement with Lionsgate Studios and producer Roy Lee, known for It and Strange Darling, to explore a film adaptation of the Outlast series.
