Apply for the third Indie Game Cup Independent Games Competition
As part of White Nights Helsinki 2016, the third Indie Game Cup championship for independent teams will be held. There is still time to submit your application for participation.
Only projects developed by indie studios (teams of up to 30 people) can take part in the competition.
The game that the developer submits for participation in the Indie Game Cup must, at least, reach the alpha version (it is assumed that the game includes the full range of functionality, but may suffer from a partial lack of content and the presence of errors).
If a developer submits a finished game to the competition, then its official release should have taken place no earlier than June 2015.
The platform can be any. In other words, it can be a PC project, console, browser, social, and, of course, mobile.
You can apply for participation here.
The jury members will be Miikka Luotio from Flaregames, Philipp Stelze from Wooga, Mikael Leinonen from MyGamez, Pavel Ryakkonen from Nevosoft, Alexander Semenov from App2Top.ru and others (the list is being clarified).
To participate, the studio must either participate in the developer exhibition, also held as part of White Nights Moscow 2015, or buy at least one ticket to the conference.
About the developers’ exhibition. To participate in it, you need to submit an application. This is done here. If approved, you get not only a free premium ticket to the conference (it costs 300 euros, we remind you), but also a full-fledged stand at the event.
The winners of the last Indie Game Cup, held in the fall of 2015, were Gods and Glory, Astro Lords: Oort Cloud and The Final Station.
