Vacancies of the week: employees are looking for Dankolab, Agranovsky IT and ExoGenesis

We are publishing a new list with gaming vacancies. This week, they are wanted: the chief monetization manager at Dankolab, a leading UX artist at Agranovsky IT and a 2D concept environment artist at ExoGenesis.

Dankolab is a studio that has been developing mobile games and applications for over 10 years.

She has more than 100 projects for iOS and Android on her account. Now the studio is in search of a chief monetization manager.

Responsibilities:

  • creating a system for evaluating the effectiveness of advertising monetization;
  • creation of a waterfall optimization algorithm and customization taking into account the specifics of different countries;
  • development of advertising monetization by the product;
  • mentoring of advertising monetization managers;
  • development of relations with partners.

Requirements:

  • relevant work experience of at least two years;
  • deep understanding of the principles of advertising mediation, as well as individual advertising networks;
  • experience with advertising monetization from the product side (working with placements and types of advertising);
  • experience in leading and mentoring line specialists in monetization;
  • knowledge of English at Intermediate level and above.

Interior StoryLeading UX Artist at Agranovsky IT (Remote work)


Agranovsky IT is an investment company.

She recently launched the development of a mobile multiplayer RPG with NFT integration. The company needs an experienced UX artist.

Responsibilities:

  • continuation of development within the existing style. The emphasis is on testing the drawn interfaces and editing what is inconvenient, incomprehensible or ugly.

Requirements:

  • portfolio with fresh works;
  • experience in game development;
  • basic knowledge of English;
  • independence, skills of managing an outsourcing team;
  • focus on results.

2D concept environment artist in ExoGenesis (Remote Work)
ExoGenesis is a young game studio developing console and PC games.

She is currently working on a metroidvania in a dark setting inspired by the Ori and Hollow Knight series. This ExoGenesis project requires a 2D artist.

Responsibilities:

  • rendering and design of assets of game locations;
  • creating concept art environments with an emphasis on atmosphere and materials;
  • creating detailed concepts of parts of the environment;
  • creating concepts of props and structures;
  • final rendering of graphic content;
  • ability to work on time.

Requirements:

  • portfolio with fresh works;
  • experience in Photoshop;
  • ability to work with light, silhouette and physics of materials;
  • skill in the design of props, architecture, flora and technological elements;
  • owning a 3D package will be a plus.
