Niki Head and Chiara Santevecchi will address the topic of artificial intelligence at the GamesIndustry.biz HR Summit 2025
Niki Head, serving as the people and development director at Stellar Entertainment Software, alongside Chiara Santevecchi, the founder and CEO of Teem Camp, are set to participate in a panel on artificial intelligence at the upcoming GamesIndustry.biz HR Summit.
The session, titled "Culture in the Age of AI," will delve into the transformation of workplace culture through AI, addressing methods for integrating AI tools within teams and maximizing their utility.
Head, who joined the Guildford-based Stellar Entertainment in 2021, expresses a keen interest in exploring both the potential and hurdles that AI and cutting-edge technologies present in professional settings.
On the other hand, Santevecchi discusses how her company, Teem Camp, merges behavioral science with AI and team activities, aiming to create impactful and lasting improvements in trust, communication, and workplace well-being.
Among the speakers are also Sarah Brewster, founder of Fresh Seed consultancy, and representatives from other organizations such as Gina Jackson from Skillfull and Liz Prince from Amiqus. Additionally, Sega Europe’s chief people officer Nicky Ormrod will appear alongside Simon Court and Dan Bobby from Value Partnership to discuss steering business growth.
The GamesIndustry.biz HR Summit 2025 is scheduled for next Thursday, October 2, at The Royal Institution in London.
