Niki Head and Chiara Santevecchi are set to talk about AI at the GamesIndustry.biz HR Summit 2025

At the upcoming GamesIndustry.biz HR Summit, Stellar Entertainment Software's people and development director, Niki Head, will join Chiara Santevecchi, founder and CEO of Teem Camp, on a panel focusing on AI's impact on workplace culture. In their session, titled "Culture in the age of AI," they will explore how AI is altering workplace dynamics, offer insights on the adoption of AI tools by employees, and discuss the potential benefits of these tools.
Head, who has been with Stellar Entertainment in Guildford since 2021, is passionate about the potential advantages and hurdles that AI and new technologies introduce to professional environments. Santevecchi, on the other hand, integrates behavioral science and AI in her work at Teem Camp, aiming to create impactful team experiences that enhance trust, communication, and overall workplace wellness.
Among the other speakers at the event are Sarah Brewster of Fresh Seed, Gina Jackson from Skillfull, and Amiqus's business manager Liz Prince. Additionally, Sega Europe's chief people officer, Nicky Ormrod, will team up with Simon Court and Dan Bobby from Value Partnership to share insights on steering business towards growth.
