Sarah Brewster is scheduled to deliver a presentation at the GamesIndustry.biz HR Summit 2025

Sarah Brewster, who established the people and culture consultancy Fresh Seed, is the newest addition to the lineup of speakers at the GamesIndustry.biz HR Summit scheduled for October 2, 2025.

Brewster's presentation, titled 'The new deal at work – psychological contracts in games,' will delve into how employer expectations are transforming and ways studios should respond to meet these evolving demands.

"At Fresh Seed, our goal is to create more successful and healthier working environments," Brewster stated. "We aim to bridge traditional HR methods with the authentic needs of creative teams."

Brewster will be joining other notable speakers, including Skillfull's Gina Jackson and Amiqus' business manager Liz Prince, as well as Nicky Ormrod, the chief people officer at Sega Europe, along with Simon Court and Dan Bobby from Value Partnership.

The 2025 GamesIndustry.biz HR Summit will take place next Thursday, October 2, at The Royal Institution in London.
