Sarah Brewster is scheduled to deliver a presentation at the GamesIndustry.biz HR Summit 2025

Sarah Brewster, who established the people and culture consultancy Fresh Seed, is slated to speak at the GamesIndustry.biz HR Summit on October 2, 2025.

In her presentation titled 'The new deal at work – psychological contracts in games', Brewster will explore the evolving expectations individuals have of their employers and how game studios can adjust to these changes.

Brewster will join other notable speakers such as Skillfull's Gina Jackson and Amiqus business manager Liz Prince, along with Sega Europe's Chief People Officer Nicky Ormrod, plus Simon Court and Dan Bobby from Value Partnership.

This year's GamesIndustry.biz HR Summit is set for next Thursday, October 2, and will be held at The Royal Institution in London.
