Sarah Brewster, who established the people and culture consultancy Fresh Seed, is now confirmed to be a speaker at the GamesIndustry.biz HR Summit scheduled for October 2, 2025.

Brewster is set to deliver a presentation titled 'The new deal at work – psychological contracts in games,' focusing on the evolving expectations that employees have from their employers, and how studios can align with these changes.
