Gina Jackson and Liz Prince set to lead a session at the GamesIndustry.biz HR Summit 2025

Gina Jackson from Skillfull and Amiqus' business manager Liz Prince are set to lead a session at the forthcoming GamesIndustry.biz HR Summit.

Their presentation, entitled 'The Talent Reset – Skills, Sustainability, and Fairness in the Games Talent Agenda', will touch on "the increasing need for cross-disciplinary skills to support sustainable studio environments and equitable opportunities" while offering "practical insights and innovative perspectives for thriving in a shifting industry landscape."

Jackson and Prince will be part of a roster that includes Sega Europe's chief people officer Nicky Ormrod, as well as Simon Court and Dan Bobby from Value Partnership, who will present their session, 'SEGA – Recode for Growth'.

The GamesIndustry.biz HR Summit returns for its third edition on October 2, 2025, at The Royal Institution in London. Additional speakers and sessions will be announced soon.

Last week, the finalists for the 2025 Best Places to Work Awards were revealed, with Zynga-owned NaturalMotion leading nominations across all categories, trailed by Rare and the UK division of Behaviour Interactive.
