The developer of Callisto Protocol, Striking Distance Studios, has experienced another series of job cuts as stated by its parent company, Krafton.

Krafton disclosed to PC Gamer that an unspecified number of staff were let go to maintain flexibility, though the studio will continue to operate.

The statement from Krafton highlighted that reducing the team's size is essential for creating a sustainable setting at the current developmental phase of the studio while ensuring no disruption to planned support.

Previously, concept artist Jesse Lee and animation director Zach Volker noted the layoffs on LinkedIn, indicating significant staff reductions.

This restructuring follows a prior reduction of 32 staff members at Striking Distance Studios in August 2023, after releasing The Callisto Protocol's DLC.
