In December, Belka Games paid its employees in Lithuania twice as much as Wargaming did
The mobile game developer Belka Games became the most generous employer in Lithuania among IT companies with Belarusian roots in December 2024. This was reported by journalists from dev.by, who examined data from the service Rekvizitai.

According to dev.by, last month the average salary at the Lithuanian branch of Belka Games was 10.8 thousand euros. In comparison, LeverX, an SAP solutions developer, which ranked second in the December ratings, offered salaries almost 4,000 euros lower.
Meanwhile, in November, the average salary at the Lithuanian Belka Games was "only" 5.9 thousand euros. The publication suggests that the studio might have included an annual bonus with the December salary, which would explain such an increase in payouts.
Traditionally, along with Belka Games, two other gaming companies—Melsoft and Wargaming—also made it to the top 10 salary list. Last month, the average salary for Lithuanian employees at Melsoft exceeded 6.6 thousand euros, while for Lithuanian employees at Wargaming, it was 5.5 thousand euros.
