Managing Change: Insights from the HR Summit Video | Leadership
Throughout the year-end, GamesIndustry.biz has been highlighting key sessions from the HR Summit held in September, prominently featuring a panel discussion with UK studios Rare and Dlala.
The discussion, titled 'leadership through times of change', included insights from Craig Duncan (then the studio head at Rare), Harriet Manson (Chief of Staff at Rare), AJ Grand-Scrutton (CEO of Dlala), and Gemma Foster (COO of Dlala). Chris Dring from GamesIndustry.biz facilitated the session.
This engaging panel provided guidance from two studios at opposite ends of the spectrum—Dlala as a small indie studio and Rare as a major AAA developer—on managing teams amid uncertain and challenging times.
