GreedFall II developers received a pay raise after a strike
Employees of the studio Spiders, who are preparing for the early access release of GreedFall II, improved their working conditions with the help of a strike. Management has agreed to several of their demands.

Specifically, the management at Spiders agreed to retroactively increase the minimum salary by 11%. As a result, the average salary of employees rose by 3%.
The studio also decided to improve its remote work policy and conduct an audit of working conditions.
It is notable that in media statements, Spiders' top managers continue to label as false the accusations made by the striking developers. According to the Game Developer portal, the studio might consider filing a defamation lawsuit if new accusations arise later.
Spiders is a subsidiary of the company Nacon. Earlier this week, employees of another Nacon subsidiary, the Kylotonn studio, announced they are experiencing similar issues and plan to strike alongside their colleagues at Spiders. Whether they have achieved any changes is unknown.
