Over 75 video game developers from the UK are preparing to attend the GamesIndustry.biz HR Summit

The forthcoming GamesIndustry.biz HR Summit is scheduled to occur in under two weeks with nearly 80 diverse gaming studios planning to participate in the London-based event.

Attendees will include prominent names such as Bandai Namco, Creative Assembly, Devolver, Dlala, Electric Square, Frontier, Futurlab, Hangar13, King, Ninja Theory, Playground Games, PlayStation, Rare, Rocksteady, Sports Interactive, Sumo, Take-Two, Ubisoft, Warner Bros, among others.

This gathering will be hosted at the distinguished Royal Institution in London. Tickets are available now.

The day-long program includes a series of discussions and breakout sessions focusing on essential HR, leadership, and talent topics and concludes with the 2024 Best Places to Work Awards.

This year's agenda features numerous leadership-oriented sessions, covering aspects like developing teams, handling remote workforce, and aiding employees amidst challenging times. Additionally, strategies on advancing EDI projects will be addressed following the recent pushback against diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Insights will also be provided on how various generations perceive their work roles. An AI specialist will be speaking about the potential effects of AI on HR, complemented by discussions on the growing mental health issues and employer roles in addressing them.

The topic of neurodiversity will be specifically addressed with discussions on how to support and empower neurodiverse individuals. Other conversations will focus on the skills shortage, discussing innovative methods to cultivate emerging talent.

The summit is proudly sponsored by Amiqus.
