Participants in the GamesIndustry.biz salary benchmarking initiative for UK game companies can access a complimentary redundancy guide from Brightmine. This guide provides alternatives to layoffs and support strategies for remaining employees.

Available to companies who enroll and submit their data, this digital guide is part of the effort to ensure fair compensation across the industry.

The project, a collaboration between GamesIndustry.biz and HR experts Brightmine, started last year as a trial and now includes salary data from over 3,000 employees for 2023.

UK game companies have a two-week window to provide salary data for 2024. Participants will receive a complimentary basic report, with options for in-depth reports and system access available at an additional cost. Insights from some data will be presented at the GamesIndustry.biz HR Summit in September.

All submitted data is thoroughly anonymized, ensuring complete confidentiality.
