Only three weeks remain to participate in the UK's games industry salary benchmarking initiative

UK gaming firms have until the end of this month to be part of the current year's salary benchmarking initiative. This effort results from a collaboration between GamesIndustry.biz and Brightmine.

Previously known as XpertHR, Brightmine has an established reputation for benchmarking, utilized across various sectors. Last year, it initiated a pilot with GamesIndustry.biz, uncovering salary trends in the gaming industry. This ongoing project aims to ensure fair wages and improve talent retention. The 2024 edition is currently active. All information provided is kept confidential and anonymized to protect individual and company identities.

Participation is free, and contributors will receive a basic report. For those requiring more detailed analytics and database access, a paid option is available.
