Ubisoft is set to address neurodiversity issues at the upcoming HR Summit organized by GamesIndustry.biz

Pierre Escaich from Ubisoft will be speaking at the GamesIndustry.biz HR Summit this September in London.

Escaich, the Neurodiversity Talent Program Director, is scheduled to present a session titled: Neurodiversity in the game industry: unlocking hidden talents.

The HR Summit will occur on September 18 at The Royal Institution. Tickets can be purchased here.

As a parent to neurodiverse children and an industry veteran of 26 years, Escaich founded the Employee Resource Group focused on neurodiversity at Ubisoft and now manages the Neurodiversity Talent Program, dedicated to fostering the potential of neurodiverse team members.

Also present at the event will be Lisa Opie, Managing Director of Ubisoft Reflections and Ubisoft Leamington. Details here.

Opie will participate in a panel about varying work expectations among generational cohorts. She supervises two major Ubisoft studios in the UK and has a diverse background in both TV and film, including her tenure at the BBC where she managed popular programs such as Planet Earth 2 and Doctor Who.

The summit will showcase numerous talks on topics ranging from diversity and leadership to AI and mental health, featuring speakers like Emma Smith from Hestia Talent, Sarah Brewster of FreshSeed, Sarah Sorrell from Safe In Our World, Sheila Attwood of Brightmine, and Tommy Thompson from AI and Games, among others.
