Netspeak Games studio also made cuts. The reason is the difficulty in raising funds
Netspeak Games, a small London studio that develops the multi-platform three-dimensional Sunshine Days farm, plans to cut 25 employees.

"Navigating the ocean of mobile gaming, marked by evergreen box office hits, rising traffic costs and privacy issues, has always been a challenging adventure. But the last 12 months have been particularly difficult. We have achieved indicators that previously would have been sufficient to attract new investments. But the fact is that a new IP is a big risk," studio CEO Callum Cooper—Brighting said in a public letter.
"When we realized that [we would not be able to] without additional financial support, necessary both in the fight against rising prices for UA on all channels, and to support the game at the time of waiting for receipts, and having gone through all other possible options, we unfortunately came to the conclusion that we would have to take on a reduction surgery," Cooper-Brighting also noted.
The Sunshine Days freeplay is a variation on the theme of The Sims and Animal Crossing. The player builds and decorates his house, explores the island, gets to know the characters, and performs quests.
The game is now available on mobile platforms. It is scheduled to be released on Steam in the first quarter of this year.
