Microsoft has announced new cuts. This time they touched on customer service and support departments, as well as sales
According to GeekWire, the current stage already goes beyond the massive global cuts announced by the company in mid-January (then Microsoft announced the dismissal of 10 thousand people).
The new stage of cuts affected 276 people. Most of the layoffs (210 people) occurred at the company’s American offices in Redmond and Bellevue. 66 employees working remotely were also dismissed.
“Organizational and personnel adjustments are a necessary and regular part of managing our business,” Microsoft said in connection with the layoffs.
