Studio developer Jurassic World Alive has started layoffs

A new round of layoffs took place at Ludia Studio, known for mobile games in the Jurassic World universe. Former studio employees write about this on LinkedIn.

Also, one of the developers who fell under the reduction told about the dismissals to the portal PocketGamer.biz . He said that a total of 45 people lost their jobs, including several directors and one vice president.

This is the second large-scale layoffs at Ludia over the past year: in August 2022, approximately 20% of the staff was fired from the studio. At that time, the layoffs were part of broader cuts at the parent company Jam City and were explained by the difficult situation in the global economy.
