Hutch Games allowed employees to work in the "four-day" format for at least another year
Six months ago, the British studio Hutch Games, known for Rebel Racing and F1 Clash, switched to a four-day working week in the format of an experiment. It turned out to be so successful that the studio decided to continue working in this format.
According to the management of Hutch Games, employees have learned to use their available time to the maximum. Staff turnover has also decreased in the studio, and new specialists have become more willing to agree to work at Hutch Games.
Now Hutch Games is ready to offer employees a “four-day” contract for a period of 12 months, which will be renewed annually (or not renewed).
