Microsoft and the Communications Workers of America union signed a labor neutrality agreement

Microsoft continues to meet the unions halfway. This time, the corporation announced that it had agreed on labor neutrality with Communications Workers of America. Their agreement will come into force 60 days after the closing of the transaction for the purchase of Activision Blizzard.

In fact, Microsoft has pledged not to prevent Activision Blizzard employees from forming unions. Communications Workers of America, in turn, admitted that it no longer objects to the deal between the companies.

Earlier, Microsoft promised to support its own employees who want to unionize.
