Requirements:

  • experience in ASO in mobile games for at least a year;
  • knowledge of any of the ASO tools (ASOdesk, TheTool, CheckASO, AppFollow or analogs);
  • understanding ranking algorithms in stores;
  • understanding the basics of mobile app marketing;
  • English at the Upper-Intermediate level and above.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

The company needs a recruiter who knows the specifics of the IT and game development market well, understands all its features and nuances of professions. Understands where to look for the best specialists in the industry, and is able to find a common language with them.

Responsibilities:

  • search through all sources (hh, LinkedIn, Habr, Behance, etc.);
  • building communication with candidates;
  • communication with representatives of the customer company, withdrawal of the application for selection;
  • creating job descriptions and posting them;
  • conducting interviews and evaluating candidates;
  • offering an offer and support for going to work, including monitoring the candidate on probation;

  • making adjustments to the selection process, if necessary.

Requirements:

  • work experience in IT recruitment from a year is mandatory (experience in game development will be an advantage);
