Requirements:
- experience of working as an ASO specialist in the gaming niche for at least a year;
- experience in collecting semantics in Russian, English, the main European languages;
- skills of conducting A/B tests and evaluating their results;
- skills of working with analytics tools (we are talking about App Store Connect, Google Play, Firebase, App Annie, AppFollow, ASOdesk);
- knowledge of the mobile market, understanding of trends;
- English is at least Intermediate level.

Tasks:
- quality control of match-3 levels;
- compilation and distribution of technical tasks for the development of levels for level designers;
- independent development of levels;
- analysis of applicable game mechanics;
- development of hypotheses to improve the metrics of released levels and implementation of changes;
- updating documentation on mechanics and tools;
- control over the training of new employees.
Requirements:
- work experience as a level designer — from 3 years;
- excellent knowledge of the market in this genre;
- excellent knowledge of the principles of building levels in match-3;
- ability to analyze the indicators of game levels and adjust their balance;
- the ability to invent/adapt match-3 mechanics and work them out with game designers.
