Vacancies of the week: DouDouGames, Playrix and Siklarda are looking for employees
We are publishing a new list with gaming vacancies. This week they are wanted: a leading level designer at DouDouGames, a VFX artist at Playrix and a Unity developer at Siklarda.

Marina LopatinaLeading Level Designer in DouDouGames (Remote Work)
DouDouGames is a mobile studio specializing in match-3 games.
She has over 190 projects on her account, including Sunset Secrets, Tropicmania and Bubble Cat Adventures. Now the company is looking for a leading level designer.
Responsibilities:
- plan levels, make weekly reports on them;
- evaluate candidates for the positions of playtesters and level designers;
- hold meetings with subordinates;
- develop and test hypotheses by levels;
- discuss future levels for stream/events;
- appruvit input levels;
- watch the final levels;
- create and track tasks by levels;
- update all documentation of the level design department (guides on levels and inputs, vision).
Requirements:
- expertise in casual projects of the match-3 genre with meta-gameplay;
- the desire to make a match-3 top-level;
- ability to work with analytics;
- team management experience;
- a systematic approach to decision-making;
- extremely pronounced attention to detail.
Sunset Secrets2D animator/VFX artist in Playrix (Remote work)
Playrix is a company known for such mobile titles as Homescapes, Gardenscapes, Fishdom and Township.
She needs a strong 2D animator/VFX artist to join the Homescapes team.
Responsibilities:
- development of visual effects of varying degrees of complexity and complexity;
- animation of UI interfaces (animation of UI windows and interface elements, transitions between screens, creation of complex animations and VFX inside UI windows);
- integration of the developed effects into the game;
- optimization of VFX resources for mobile devices;
- working in Playrix’s own effects editor, participating in the development and development of the editor and other tools;
- interaction with other effects artists, game designers, artists and programmers.
Requirements:
- more than three years of experience in game development;
- portfolio with real-time effects for games (preferably effects for mobile games animation UI interfaces);
- good sense of dynamics, shape, color and composition;
- knowledge of classical animation theory;
- ability to work with attention management and flow in the game;
- experience in developing effects in Unity, Unreal Engine, CryEngine or other game engines;
- confident command of Adobe Photoshop.
HomescapesUnity-developer (middle/senior) at Siklarda (Saint Petersburg, Russia)
Siklarda Studio specializes in the development of games in the genre of interactive cinema and visual narrative.
For example, she created the game Make Her Laugh. Now the company needs a developer with experience in developing and supporting mobile projects.
Requirements:
- good knowledge of C# or Unity (at least three years of experience working with them);
- ability to work with Unity Addressables and the built-in Unity video player;
- ability to optimize applications;
- adaptive UI layout and application localization skills;
- ability to work with the Google Sign In SDK and Firebase, as well as advertising and analytics plugins;
- experience in developing hyper-casual games, prototyping game mechanics;
- GIT, DOTween and Zenject skills;experience in developing and supporting a client-server application will be a plus.
