Lesta Games is an international group of companies, which until last year was a division of Wargaming.

Since March 2022, she has been responsible for the games “World of Tanks”, “World of Ships” and Tanks Blitz on the territory of Russia and Belarus.

Lesta Games is looking for a technical artist who will help with the further development of projects.


  • creating tools in Blender and Substance Painter for working with content;
  • general support for artists: assistance in working with art tools and the game engine, automation of processes, validation of created content;
  • research and implementation of graphic technologies;
  • development of prototypes of new rendering technologies for their subsequent implementation in the technical department;
  • solving complex, atypical technical tasks of the project: working with cameras, tracers, etc.


  • confident knowledge of 3D Blender, Substance Painter and Substance Designer packages;programming and scripting skills.
  • Experience using Python is highly desirable;
  • understanding shader principles (HLSL);
  • knowledge of current rendering technologies;
  • understanding the principles of realtime rendering and modern approaches/features in this area.

“The World of ships”Game Producer at Craft Games (Remote work)

Craft Games is a studio specializing in the development of mobile games.

She has worked on projects such as Polygon Shooter, Tasty World and Hell’s Cooking.

Craft Games is currently looking for a game producer to work on a mobile time manager in a culinary setting.


  • formation of a general project plan, analysis of trends and competitors’ projects;
  • long-term and operational planning of project development;
  • working with project analytics to improve key metrics;
  • pricing development, project feature planning;
  • development of the effectiveness of game design processes on the project.


  • experience as a producer or a leading game designer for more than three years;
  • understanding how the free-play games market works, knowledge of current gaming trends;
  • experience working with analytics, including user reviews;
  • experience with balance and game mechanics;
  • ability to set goals and focus on the result of work;
  • the ability to clearly formulate and express your thoughts.

Tasty WorldSenior Designer at WN Media Group (Saint Petersburg, Russia)

WN Media Group is engaged in the development of the B2B ecosystem.

It includes business events WN Events, an online platform for events WN Hub, media App2Top and GameWorldObserver, as well as a job search service and recruitment agency Talents In Games.

The main focus of the design department is the WN Events project, but designers also perform tasks of other brands of the company. Now WN Media Group is looking for a senior designer who can work quickly and without loss of quality.


  • development of design layouts of advertising and internal products based on the tasks set;
  • implementation of design support for existing, as well as the development and launch of new sites;
  • development of graphical elements and interfaces for web platforms and applications;
  • implementation of prepress preparation of advertising and exhibition products;
  • checking layouts from partners for compliance with technical requirements;
  • installation of advertising and internal video materials;
  • creating animation and video creatives based on the tasks set;
  • interaction with internal customers: working with technical specifications, approval and making edits.


  • work experience of at least five years, including at least a year of prepress preparation;
  • portfolio availability;
  • excellent ownership:
    1. Adobe package (Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Premiere and After Effects for creating promotional materials using infographics);
    2. Tilda, including Zero Block, integration experience with third-party services;
    3. Figma and plug-in applications for task optimization;
  • application of cross-program interaction within software packages and platforms to optimize resources and improve quality;
  • knowledge of the basics in the design or UX/UI design of interfaces;
  • basic understanding of HTML or CSS;
  • knowledge of English at least level B1;
  • the ability to analyze the information received and work with deadlines. Structurality in the approach to the implementation of tasks.
