Vacancies of the week: ZiMAD, Dankolab and ExoGenesis are looking for employees
We are publishing a new list with gaming vacancies. This week we are looking for: a game designer at ZiMAD, a BI developer at Dankolab and a 2D concept environment artist at ExoGenesis.

Marina LopatinaGame designer at ZiMAD (Remote work)
ZiMAD is a company working in the field of mobile development since 2009.
Since then, she has released games such as Magic Jigsaw Puzzles, Dig Out! and Magic Cross Stitch. Together, these and other mobile titles of the company have over 200 million downloads.
Now ZiMAD is looking for a game designer who will develop product metrics and make games more interesting, deeper, more exciting.
Responsibilities:
- development of game features and support of their implementation;
- improving balance, game mechanics and monetization;
- drafting concept documents and design documents;
- testing and verifying the correctness of the implementation;
- development of a/b tests to test hypotheses;
- constant game analysis and analysis of the results of new mechanics;
- monitoring competitors’ applications and searching for potentially interesting features among games of different genres;
- participation in regular meetings of the team, communication with designers and programmers.
Requirements:
- experience working on games that have reached release and released in the App Store or Google Play;
- knowledge and understanding of game metrics: DAU, ARPPU, Retention and others;
- ability to work with analytical data;
- knowledge of English at the Upper Intermediate level.
Magic Jigsaw PuzzlesBI-developer (Tableau) at Dankolab (Remote work)
Dankolab is a studio that has been developing mobile games and applications for over 10 years.
She has about 100 projects on her account for iOS and Android, including Interior Story and “TNTmania”. Now Dankolab is in search of a BI developer.
Responsibilities:
- prepare data sources for dashboards;
- create dashboards for marketing and product teams;
- optimize the speed of dashboards;
- monitor and ensure the correctness of data for the end users of reports.
Requirements:
- good knowledge of SQL (nested queries, window functions);
- rich practical experience with Tableau Dashboards (mixing data, calculations, sets, graphs);
- understanding which visualization will best meet the needs of the business.
Interior Story2D concept environment artist in ExoGenesis (Remote Work)
ExoGenesis is a new game studio developing console and PC games.
She needs a 2D artist who will create concept art environments for a platformer in the genre of metroidvania.
At the moment, the main task of the artist is to determine the main artistic style and proceed to the prototype development stage.
Responsibilities:
- creating environment concept art (emphasis on atmosphere and materials);
- creating detailed concepts of parts of the environment;
- ability to work on time.
Requirements:
- portfolio with fresh works;
- experience in Photoshop;ability to work with light, silhouette and physics of materials;
- skill in the design of props, architecture, flora and technological elements;
- creating detailed concepts of parts of the environment;
- final rendering of graphic content;
- owning a 3D package will be a plus.
