Vacancies of the week: employees are looking for Dankolab, Fun to Mass Games and Lesta Games

Dankolab is a studio that has been developing mobile games and applications for over 10 years.

She has more than 100 projects for iOS and Android on her account. Now she is in search of the head of the ASO direction.

Responsibilities:

• develop and further develop a strategy for promoting Dankolab gaming and non-gaming projects in stores;
• organize the process of working with graphics and text meta-data;
• set up a system for evaluating the effectiveness of the ASO team;
• engage in ASO team management.

Requirements:

• at least three years of experience with ASO;
• ability to independently lead a direction and a team;
• the ability to propose and implement, conduct a retrospective and refine approaches;
• focus on business results.

Interior StoryFinancial Manager at Fun to Mass Games (Remote work)

Fun to Mass Games is a developer and publisher of mobile games, whose head office is located in the UAE.

He needs a financial manager who will work with a full cycle of financial document flow.

Responsibilities:

• working with bank payments, communication with banks;
• working with a full workflow cycle;
• communication with partners;
• preparation of financial reports and presentations;
• financial planning and cash flow management.

Requirements:

• work experience in a similar position for at least two years;
• experience working with different payment systems, knowledge of the specifics of the work of European banks or UAE banks;
• knowledge of written and oral English at least level B1;
• good communication and management skills;
• professional education will be a plus;
• experience in the mobile app or game industry will also be a plus.

Lesta Games is an international group of companies, which until last year was a division of Wargaming.

Since March 2022, she has been responsible for the games “World of Tanks”, “World of Ships” and Tanks Blitz on the territory of Russia and Belarus. Now she is looking for a game logic programmer for the “World of Ships” project in the mechanics and balance team.

Responsibilities:

• development and support of the game logic of the project;
• refactoring existing code;
• optimization of existing solutions;
• participation in code review and correction of defects;
• writing technical documentation.

Requirements:

• at least three years of commercial development experience in Python and C++;
• excellent knowledge of data structures and algorithms;
• excellent knowledge of OOP principles;
• good knowledge of mathematics;
• the ability to understand someone else’s code.
